Do you ship internationally? What's your shipping cost?
We ship worldwide and shipping cost will be depending on the weight of the order items. We ship by freight or by sea which is based on customers requirement. Shipping cost is bear by customers and on the day we ship, tracking number will be provided for customers.
How long will it take to receive my items?
Different items will have different delivery period. We will ensure customers to receive the products as soon as possible. Efficiency is always our policy.
How can I track my order?
Customers may send us an email for tracking your order. We will ensure that customers will receive the item as fast as possible.
What about cusom's duty? Am I suppose to pay for it?
Custom Taxes and Import Duties are beyond of our control. Different countries different rules and this must be paid by the buyers. Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering and payment. They are your responsibility
Can you ship by air/ sea?
This is based on customer's requirement. If the order quantity is large, we will recommend customers to ship by sea with shipping quotation will be given after customers have mde the orders.
If customers would like quick delivery, customers may use flight delivery.
MOQ
We will try to match global buyers to meet the mininum purchase quantity for the cheapest rate. For every quotation that we sent to customers, MOQ will be specify as different items will have different MOQ.
